Ashleigh greeted me and was very polite and efficient she gave me updates on my car, made sure it got a car wash and walked me out to the car.

Lakeland VW is my go-to for vehicle care! Staff are personable, patient and knowledgeable. If they don't have an immediate answer, they get one and never leave me hanging! They understand how important clear communication is. Car drop off is very convenient. Repairs and general maintenance of my vehicle is stellar, not to mention they wash it before I arrive to pick it up. I always trust that my vehicle is in good hands! I highly recommend! As far as sales go, Dominic was great and very kind-patient. Finance manager Charles seemed to have issues when we had questions and very argumentative. Otherwise very happy with my car and very happy with the deal we got worked out. Would recommend- just left a bad taste due to Charles
