Saul provided exceptional customer service and was so knowledgeable, patient, caring, and attentive. This is the best Volkswagen dealership that I ever have gone to and I even travel from Tampa to come here to get my vehicle serviced. They are the absolute best and Saul made sure my vehicle was properly serviced and they have such a great team here. Excellent management and just the best dealership!

Great service! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Price was better then expected and the wait time good. They washed and vacuumed the car. Even walked me to the car and opened the door for me before handing over my key. Great people, great place.

Lakeland VW is directly responsible for me continuing to be a VW customer. I had the absolute worst experience ever at Napleton VW in Orlando because of the guy named Alex in their service department. One of the rudest, most despicable people that I have ever met at ANY dealership. He personally cost them a new car sale and Napleton lost me as a customer for life because of this experience.
