Caring in my time of need I ended up purchasing a used Tiguan to replace my Jetta which needed an unexpected, expensive repair. I arrived at the dealership frazzled and unprepared for looking into a new car. Everyone that I encountered was very understanding and caring. John is very helpful John at the service center very very professional and extremely accurate. Gave me an idea of what it could be when I dropped it off. Offered a ride to where I needed to go as well. Called the insurance plans and gave me all the options same day. Had everything figured out for me. When I picked up the car, no work was done yet, and it was washed. I will be bringing my car back within the month to get the needed work done. Very happy and impressed.
Well Done Very well handled by the Salesman, Jeff Harvard, from the test drive through the closing. Minor issue upon delivery of the vehicle, however this was handled in an efficient and professional manner.
