Beat dealership experience ever! By far the absolute best and quickest dealership experience my husband and I have ever had! Love our Beetle Jeff was very friendly and helpful with getting us the Beetle we wanted and Jeff Arthur quickly and succinctly executed our deal. Was slightly disappointed with how hard gap insurance was pushed by our finance guy, was brought up two times after I declined and questioned that since I was in accounting myself didn’t I know what a bad decision I was making. Quick and easy process I came in looking for a new car and was under a crunch for time. Israel and the team at Volkswagen of Lakeland got me in and out as quickly as possible. I would definitely do business with them again.
Came in for a repair I was heading to Tampa FL they let me stop by, took less than 30 mins and they were ordering the parts. They had me in and out very quickly which is unusual for most dealerships service center. It's an hour away from home but they treat you like a customer and not like a wallet. I did purchase my CPO GTI from here as well which was extremely painless and quick.
