2017 Alltrack (Perfect Service) When in to get my sunroof and wheel noise and vibration looked at. They also expanded in detail about the sunroof and maintenance requirements for it. They performed the sunroof service with no issues. The noise was due to aftermarket tires but I was pleased that they where willing to look at the issue and provide cost effective solutions for the issue.
Wonderful Experience! I leased a 2019 Tiguan from Lakeland Volkswagen last week. I’ve leased many vehicles in the past but my salesperson, Trey Chapman, made the experience quick and easy. He went out of his way to make himself available to answer any questions I had, went over all the vehicle features, and even assisted me with the return of my former vehicle.
