Love our Beetle Jeff was very friendly and helpful with getting us the Beetle we wanted and Jeff Arthur quickly and succinctly executed our deal. Was slightly disappointed with how hard gap insurance was pushed by our finance guy, was brought up two times after I declined and questioned that since I was in accounting myself didn’t I know what a bad decision I was making. Quick and easy process I came in looking for a new car and was under a crunch for time. Israel and the team at Volkswagen of Lakeland got me in and out as quickly as possible. I would definitely do business with them again.
Came in for a repair I was heading to Tampa FL they let me stop by, took less than 30 mins and they were ordering the parts. They had me in and out very quickly which is unusual for most dealerships service center. It's an hour away from home but they treat you like a customer and not like a wallet. I did purchase my CPO GTI from here as well which was extremely painless and quick.
Good experience The fact that Lakeland VW was the only dealer in FL that was advertising a discount off MSRP for the Golf R is what brought us in the door. The fact that the rest of the deal was relatively painless was a bonus.

2015 VW Passat TDI I drove to Lakeland VW today it was over an hour away from my house to purchase a certified pre-owned 2015 Passat TDI. I am glad I did.
