Fixed I had taken my car in for another problem on it and while it was there they finally found why my convertible top kept giving me an error message. Finally saw what was wrong with it. Got the car fixed and back within a day!
Replacing brake fluid I was there 3 hours which seemed long for brake fluid flush, wasn't real busy. Had scheduled appointment and started on time. Glad there was a t.v.to watch.
Tire pressure reprogramming Service was fast and customer service is awesome. My only concern was that after they rotated the tires, my tire pressure alert started flashing. Had to take elsewhere to check tire pressure, but everything was fine. The tech at this place told me to check the manual, I did that and was able to reprogram tire pressure sensors. So, no worries. Everything working great.
Stress FREE Experience! Got a great deal on a used Tiguan. The dealership team was amazing to work with and there was no stress. Buying a car as a woman always seemed a challenge until I found Lakeland Volkswagen. This is now my 3rd purchase with them.

2017 Alltrack (Perfect Service) When in to get my sunroof and wheel noise and vibration looked at. They also expanded in detail about the sunroof and maintenance requirements for it. They performed the sunroof service with no issues. The noise was due to aftermarket tires but I was pleased that they where willing to look at the issue and provide cost effective solutions for the issue.
