Great Experience We drove more than two hours because Lakeland VW offered the best price on a GTI. They also delivered a great low-stress experience with all parts of a trade-in and financing of the new car. Salesperson Israel was knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive. Jared was really helpful in reviewing our financing options. Highly recommend this dealership! It was certainly worth the drive, both for the savings and the low-stress, positive experience. I’m one impressed and very happy customer!
Most Enjoyable and Easy Auto Purchase Trey was already sent to us as a referral from a friend so we already had high expectations. Rarely does one hear positive reviews of “sales people”. Trey wasn’t a sales persons though - he was a friend. We felt cared for and he guided us with his knowledge through the entire process. He was relaxed and made us feel comfortable with him. We love our vehicle and will certainly be back.

After the service, and my car had been delivered, he came out in the rain on 3 separate occasions to fix some simple technical issues I didn't understand. All the time with smiles. Really like him. SALES: strongly suggest your sales and finance people get voicemails. Tried Hiram and Jared. Got a call back from Hiram after I told the answering service to hunt him down. I bought 2 cars from him and wanted information re another but never got it.

Corey is the bomb.com We have made our rounds to dealerships around town but nothing ever sat with us the way that Lakeland VW did. We keep coming back to the fact that Corey was completely not pushy and incredibly friendly; for the reason that our experience was so great.
Wonderful! Always the best service and so accommodating! They never try to push you into buying additional things but always makes sure you know what is happening with your vehicle.
No pressure This is a low pressure dealership. Also, our salesman Bradley actually listened to us. Only showed us exactly what we had requested and didn't try to upsell us.
