I worked with both Trey and Michelle. Trey had answered some phone questions and Michelle handled paperwork and test drive. Easiest purchase ever. I came to the dealership at 7:30 and was out by 8:00. Came back two nights later and filled out paperwork and picked up vehicle. Whole process was less than an hour.
Wow! Best car buying experience ever! Michelle Barnett is a fantastic sales associate. Very genuine and personable. There was no pressure to buy or choose an uncomfortable payment. She listened to me and worked to get me the desired results. My husband and I drove away in my beautiful new VW ATLAS in record time. It's a great dealership and I've been to several other VW dealers throughout Florida. I had my previous VW serviced at Lakeland and noticed how professional and really nice everyone was. I looked at their inventory and did a price comparison and was sold.
Came in for my 50,000 mile service on my tdi Jetta. All was taken care of in a prompt and professional manner. No complaints on my part!

Outstanding experience and vehicle! It was excellent! The service, knowledge and vehicle were awesome. Everyone was polite and helpful. The Tiguan handles like a dream. Dave's knowledge was extensive but given in a conversational manner. So, it was easy to take in. The paperwork went smoothly and the time flew by.
