Love our new Atlas Michele was exceptional in showing us our new Atlas. The best new car buying experience we’ve ever had! There was no pressure and we were treated very respecfully!
#1 friendly. No BS dealing with me and I truly appreciate NOT being treated like a brain dead consumer. Really like the service writers as they ar very professional and courteous. They are open in sharing the “actual” items that are issues and the real steps to correction. Great place.

Just bought another TDI from this dealership This was our second buying experience with Lakeland Volkswagon. By far the best Volkswagon dealership in the state of Florida ( trust me we have been to a lot looking for TDI's). We bought our daughter's car here 2 years ago and the same people that helped us then were still there. Folks, that says a lot about a dealership. Service visits I have always had positive experience when having my vehicles serviced at Lakeland Volkswagen The personell are attentive to my inquiries and explain everything in detail.
No issues The Serv was good, and didn't take overly long. I do wish there were a few more amenities in the the waiting area, but that's just a nitpick.
