No haggle no pressure environment. They offer you their best price from the get go. Very friendly staff. Only question that I still wondered about was whether money factor on a lease is negotiable. Was offered a lower money factor at a different VW Dealer but Lakeland VW had a better price. Dealer incentives appear tied to overall deal structure. Happy overall.

My oil change and software update took six hours. Good think I wasn’t waiting at the dealership for it to be done or I’d be very upset.
This dealership was easy to deal with, no pressure or hard to barter with. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales men. I would recommend this dealer to someone I know.
