Good service being that it was a recall, however the upcoming service quote was both inaccurate and inappropriately priced had I not corrected it. You guys lost a loyal customer trying to make a few extra hundred dollars by taking advantage. I’ll take a honest technician over a con establishment any day and it’s extremely obvious! Take care.
Best deal on a VW and a good selection to choose from. Overall good experience. Typical high pressure in finance office. I would recommend this dealership and will return when I am in the market for a new VW.

I was there for 3 hours after being told it would only take 45 minutes. All for a recall software update. The sales team is great. The service department needs more help, and seem understaffed. There was one employee doing all of the work. Everyone else left.
