What a great buying experience we had at Lakeland Volkswagen. If we could give 10 stars we would. First, we worked online via messaging with Sales and Leasing specialist "Trey" Lawrence Chapman to work out the deal for a new 2021 Tiguan and the trade of our old vehicle. He promised that he would have everything worked out and when we came to the dealership we would be in and out in an hour or less. Well, he came through for us. Experience started out a little rough, it was a Sunday and had to wait a while for a salesman to approach us. Once we found out we were able to see view cars and make a sale.
