This was by far the best experience I've had at a dealership...and I work at one! I drove from Jacksonville, FL to look at a 2018 VW Passat with black leather interior that I saw online, but when I arrived they had another 2018 VW Passat with beige interior and slightly less mileage on the lot. I purchased a 2021 Jetta SE for my daughter yesterday. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the process was. I spoke to Trey Chapman earlier in the week and explained that I was skeptical about their pricing.
