I absolutely loved the service and experience I had. Totally different than previous dealerships I’ve been to. Trey was fast, to the point and most importantly he cared about what I wanted.

The personnel are excellent and the building is clean. I think prices for inexpensive repairs are too expensive at Lakeland VW. I paid 780.00 for a fuel pump. I was charge 2hrs for installment fee. The pump is underneath the back seat. It only takes 10min to do.
The sales, service, and parts departments are knowledgeable and helpful. When it comes to buying a VW, we always deal with Hiram...he is the best! We have bought several Volkswagens from Lakeland VW and keep coming back!

Our experience at Lakeland VW was very good. Jeff and the staff were pleasant, helpful, straightforward and not pushy. We got a nice car at a fair price without feeling pressured.
