Everyone was absolutely amazing! Honest and no haggling. From our salesman Jeff to Larry in finance and Brad the ID4 expert...incredible service! Best dealership experience I've had in my life! We felt like family. Highly recommend!

Had a great car buying experience with Michelle at Lakeland! I shopped all around central Florida and Lakeland was the only place that offered an excellent price upfront without any unnecessary add-ons. Absolutely no pressure and complete transparency with the fees. The whole process was smooth - it only took around an hour for everything. I will definitely be back in the future!
