Dealership as a vendor is ok. Service not too much. Identical service labor price increase from $77 in 02/21 to $98 in 10/21. I could not get an explanation why. Service department is under staffed

I’ve dealt with a ton of dealerships over the years, but the folks at Lakeland Volkswagen are at the top of my list for customer service, quality of service and overall value. Not only do they treat you like a close friend, their attention to detail and true compassion makes them just like family!
Very responsive, quick and friendly. Smaller dealership however more helpful compared to many of the larger ones.
