I had an issue with the Cruise Control Sensors, detailing the infrequent nature of the issue on drop off. They stated they wanted to try cleaning before replacing, which is fine, but instead did not clean them, nor even look into the issue, because "it only happened once" during their test drives. Which was explained to them that that was how it's been working.
Michelle is the absolute best, she doesn't hassle you and gives you the best deal. We tried so many dealerships but she by far was number one
I didn't fill this out earlier because I wasn't sure I wanted to get anyone in trouble. But you asked again, so here it is: Very nice staff. I appreciated the ride to work. Told them I was going on a trip, please check everything. On my trip the check tire light, check washer fluid light and service now lights flashed on and off through my entire trip. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from this dealer! Michelle has assisted me with the last 2 purchases and I would highly recommend her. I’m the type of buyer that walks to the dealer with a specific car already chosen before I drive there. Additionally, if you have a good understanding of your personal finances then you can expect to be driving away with your new car within less than an hour. Definitely worth the drive!

I didn’t buy my car here. But it’s the closest VW dealer. I have had service there twice and they treat me like one of there own. Advisors are courteous and prompt. Service was completed in a timely manner. They look out for you by doing a thorough inspection and advising you of other issues or upcoming services. Would recommend and will be buying my next Vw there
