I had an issue with the Cruise Control Sensors, detailing the infrequent nature of the issue on drop off. They stated they wanted to try cleaning before replacing, which is fine, but instead did not clean them, nor even look into the issue, because "it only happened once" during their test drives. Which was explained to them that that was how it's been working.
Michelle is the absolute best, she doesn't hassle you and gives you the best deal. We tried so many dealerships but she by far was number one
I didn't fill this out earlier because I wasn't sure I wanted to get anyone in trouble. But you asked again, so here it is: Very nice staff. I appreciated the ride to work. Told them I was going on a trip, please check everything. On my trip the check tire light, check washer fluid light and service now lights flashed on and off through my entire trip. It concerned me what else might not have been checked or filled. The sticker on my windshield stated it needed an oil and filter change due to the mileage. This was done. I am... read more
