The staff takes care of costumers professionally and the waiting area is clean and complies with covid safety measures.
Trey was great! He kept an eye out for the vehicle we wanted and called us when one arrived. He was super helpful and the entire experience was quick and easy.

This is my second purchase there and I drove from Tampa just because they respect the customer and treat them well. Michelle is excellent. She is very respectful, does not create a stressful environment to push the car purchase and knows the product well. There were a minor issue that I brought to their attention after purchasing, they addressed it free of charge the next day. This is A+ service. When time comes, I will buy my next VW from them again.
