I went for an oil change. When I purchased my vehicle 1 Year ago, the service rep told me that I had to get a tire rotation with every oil change. This happened every time, until this one. So I asked the service rep to rotate my tires, as well. He comes back and tells me that I have a nail in my tire and they will sell me another for 402 dollars plus mounting and balance. I took my QX in for an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I asked for a loaner, which I got. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes in the area outside of Blake’s office for him to finish up with customer. When he came out to where I was he and I went over my issues with the car. Everything I wanted done was in my email and it was printed on the work order as well. I checked out a loaner and they were to call when work was complete. Pitiful service. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. wasted gas $
Feeling irritated ! I arrived here at 0630 before the service department open @ 0700 . My vehicle was brought here on Thursday evening. I do realize no one would get to it until Friday. I received a text from the service advisor stating I need a battery as well. I responded back Friday evening that I would be there as soon as I got off work. No reply! I'm still here . Horrible service avoid this place people don't even waste your time
Wow!! Worst customer service ever. My husband and I were very excited to drive and possibly purchase the Qx70 so we drove by Infiniti of Memphis. We got there about 30 minutes before they closed and I was a little hesitant due to the time but I saw a lady leaving with an employee to go for a test drive so I thought hey why not let's just go in and do a quick test drive.
