I will never purchase a vehicle from them again and I strongly recommend anyone else do the same. We purchased a 2015 QX80 from them less than 2 years ago. Paid thousands of dollars to have it certified by them. We have only used them to service it. It has now had to be towed to them and used emergency roadside assistance 4 times - each time they said they could not find anything wrong with it and told us to come and get it. My daughter brought her truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. She drove less than 550 feet and her truck began to smoke and completely burned! You guys were negligent and have FAILED to make this right!
The service department is crazy slow. I had a 1030 appointment,dropped my car off at 7 am & at 4 pm I'm still waiting on an oil change. I canceled my wash & tire rotation.

Honestly I have never been so disappointed in people in my life. We had to relocate due to the military and we left the best Infiniti dealership ever in Texas. I have a National maintenance warranty plan paid for on my lease and this dealership is choosing not to honor it. They could, but have taken it upon themselves not to. This use to be a dealership that I didn’t mind servicing my car because I knew it would be right and they want try to kill your pockets on purpose😊. The employees were really nice and would speak to everybody. But now we are just money coming in the door and fools that they have overcharged going out the door. They don’t even speak. I was sitting there pretty much an hour. There were 12-15 associates and managers I could clearly see. Of the names I could see from my seat (Rodney Huffman, Demario Greene, Marwin Jennings, Janice Miller, Tony Williams). All looked my way, yet not ONE spoke a single word or even gave a nodding gesture. And guess what?! For at least 30min I was the ONLY person in the waiting area!! Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I good friend bought an Infiniti and he had to basically do the service managers job. I recommend he call the General Manager and they have lacked the courtesy of returning his call. Very disappointing for a high end dealership.
