This use to be a dealership that I didn’t mind servicing my car because I knew it would be right and they want try to kill your pockets on purpose😊. The employees were really nice and would speak to everybody. But now we are just money coming in the door and fools that they have overcharged going out the door. They don’t even speak. I have been here since 7am and only one person has spoken😡. I had said that I would never come back after my last experience but I probably wouldn’t make it to Little Rock on a donut. I was sitting there pretty much an hour. There were 12-15 associates and managers I could clearly see. Of the names I could see from my seat (Rodney Huffman, Demario Greene, Marwin Jennings, Janice Miller, Tony Williams). All looked my way, yet not ONE spoke a single word or even gave a nodding gesture. And guess what?! For at least 30min I was the ONLY person in the waiting area!! Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I good friend bought an Infiniti and he had to basically do the service managers job. I recommend he call the General Manager and they have lacked the courtesy of returning his call. Very disappointing for a high end dealership.

I went for an oil change. When I purchased my vehicle 1 Year ago, the service rep told me that I had to get a tire rotation with every oil change. This happened every time, until this one. So I asked the service rep to rotate my tires, as well. He comes back and tells me that I have a nail in my tire and they will sell me another for 402 dollars plus mounting and balance. I took my QX in for an appointment that I had scheduled weeks in advance. I asked for a loaner, which I got. When I arrived I waited 20 minutes in the area outside of Blake’s office for him to finish up with customer. When he came out to where I was he and I went over my issues with the car. Everything I wanted done was in my email and it was printed on the work order as well. I checked out a loaner and they were to call when work was complete. Feeling irritated ! I arrived here at 0630 before the service department open @ 0700 . My vehicle was brought here on Thursday evening. I do realize no one would get to it until Friday. I received a text from the service advisor stating I need a battery as well. I responded back Friday evening that I would be there as soon as I got off work. No reply! I'm still here . My repairs have been paid in full . My vehicle was brought to me dirty and fasteners missing off the engine cover. I came back with the battery before 1100. T... read more
