Infiniti of Memphis has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I was not rushed into buying anything and I feel like they genuinely cared about what was best for me. This was my first 5 star car buying experience!!! Mondrago Williams is an excellent sales associate. Never once did he crowd me. He gave me all the time I needed to make my decision for my purchase. In two years I'll be purchasing another Infiniti... This is the only car for my family and I!!!
From the service department technicians to the sales staff and the receptionist, the employees of Infiniti of Memphis epitomize customer service. No, I don't work there. I bought a pre-owned car G-37 convertible from them last September and have been treated as though I purchased a fleet of vehicles. I love the quality and performance of my car, but I will return to the dealership because of the people.
I was "just looking" at the Q60. Ron Young was the absolute best. I ended up getting a certified preowned Q60. Ron was straight up with me, answered every question with honesty and integrity. He got me a fantastic deal and a great rate. Great guy and a great new ride. Thanks Ron.
