From the service department technicians to the sales staff and the receptionist, the employees of Infiniti of Memphis epitomize customer service. No, I don't work there. I bought a pre-owned car G-37 convertible from them last September and have been treated as though I purchased a fleet of vehicles. I love the quality and performance of my car, but I will return to the dealership because of the people.
I was "just looking" at the Q60. Ron Young was the absolute best. I ended up getting a certified preowned Q60. Ron was straight up with me, answered every question with honesty and integrity. He got me a fantastic deal and a great rate. Great guy and a great new ride. Thanks Ron.
