When I can get service the quality is fine. The problem is getting through to someone on the telephone or getting someone to return messages. That is abysmal!!!

Worst first service appointment, ever. Took my brand-new vehicle in for service, March 30. No one called me all day to let me know it was done. I showed up to pick up my car late afternoon and they scratched by hatch down to metal and wipers are messed up. I brought this to their attention and they took photos as I did and said someone would get back to me on Friday. It is now more than a week later and I have heard nothing. This is even after following up with an email.

Horrible, horrible, horrible service department. Will not return calls and once you finally speak to someone after calling 12 times, they tell you an untrue story because someone else has already told you a different story. Also, purchased a vehicle, 30 days later when I wanted to trade the vehicle for a brand new Infiniti, they offered me over $7000 less than what I purchased it for.
