Good sales staff. Finance and underwriting need work! Overall, happy with my purchase with some caveats. The sales staff was fantastic. The finance and underwriting for business was troubling. They kept asking for more details, something that took way longer (3 days) than necessary if they had their input checklist figured out upfront. What they ask upfront is not what they use for underwriting, so be prepared for a long process. Wendy is so organized it's awesome. Wendy is a customer service whiz. She is on top of every detail, friendly,and very cognizant of your time. First time I've ever gotten a lease renewed under one hour - 28 minutes to be exact! We didn't even have to hang out in the credit room waiting to sign. Good going, Honda! Great job, Wendy!!

Customer Service After going to several Honda dealers in the St. Louis area. They were by far the most friendly energetic crew I have come across. They offered Water when I first walked and treated with respect. No pressure to buy and gave us what we needed. I told them where I needed to be with my payments and they made it happen.
