This dealership helped a Girl Scout troop (on a Sunday!) My Girl Scout troop wanted to earn their “car care” badge and Wendy stepped up to help. She talked about how to be prepared for a flat tire or dead battery and also showed us some new safety features that Honda has on its 2019 vehicles. We appreciated her meeting us on her day off when the dealership was closed. The girls in my troop got personal attention from a business woman who knows cars. What more could a Girl Scout want?!

Wonderful car buying experience! I recently purchased a new car from April at Honda of Frontenac. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and spent a lot of time with my wife and I going over the new features, both in the showroom, and in the subsequent test drive. She gave me time to think about my purchase, and responded to all my questions in a timely fashion.

Fantastic sales person, too long a wait for finance Our sales person was absolutely fantastic! She listened to our preferences, was prompt, upbeat, and informative. She waited in the lot for us to come back for test drives. She was very enthusiastic and personable. However, we waited and hour and a half for our cash deal to closed because of the back log in the finance department. We were told there were two finance officers there, but hat wasn't enough. Overall, the service provided by the personnel was great.

Great experience .. Best buying experience because of April Garner. Very professional and customer oriented. Frontenac Honda should be proud to have April on their staff. Would recommend April Garner to everyone.

I love April! This is the second car I have bought from April and the third car from HoF. She gives her all for her clients and kept me up to date all along the purchase journey. She made me laugh and listened.

Great buying experience! Frontenac Honda was a pleasure to work with, especially April Garner. She was very professional and customer oriented. I have never had an experience buying a car as smooth and enjoyable as this one with April. We leased my 2019 CR-V Touring and actually a few days earlier bought a Honda Accord Touring also from April. I doubt we would have purchased two cars in a week if April was not working with us.
