I was able to trade in my car for this new 2020, and the entire experience took under 2 hours. He was great at asking what we wanted in a car and the whole buying experience was more like talking to a friend than a salesman. Nick was helpful and professional. Ryan in financing was thorough and efficient. Top-notch customer service from both of these men. We will be back to Honda of Frontenac when the time comes to buy another vehicle.
Jacob provided excellent service, it was fast and friendly, and I was out with my new Honda in only a matter of minutes. He also let my kiddos run around while we finalized the details. Doesn’t get better than that!
