This would be a five star except for my initial experience. When I received my fuel pump recall notice from Honda, I called to make an appointment and was told someone would call me back. Nearly a month later, I called again and was able to make an appointment. After I'd dropped off my car, I got a call from the service coordinator that the fuel pump was never ordered from the supplier and I'd need to leave my car an extra day.
