Wouldn't go anywhere else! First - Being greeted by Tina, who is very warm and friendly. Second - Dealing with Wendy James, who is also warm and friendly, AND a very knowledgeable salesperson, made everything go smoothly. Third - Pat Carroll in the service department always takes first-rate care of us and our cars.
Another great experience If you are buying a car at Honda Frontenac, ask for April. She is genuine and puts the customer at ease. April has helped me buy two cars, and both times I felt comfortable with the purchase, that I was getting a fair deal that worked for me, and that I love my car! The service center is also awesome, helpful, and honest. My husband and I take both our cars there for service. Purchasing and Trading-In Wendy was great to work with and explaining the components of the price and included benefits of purchasing through her dealership. She stayed late after closing to help make sure our purchase went smoothly. Travis in financing also was kind enough to stay after hours to make sure all the paperwork was processed properly.
Nice and simple The salesperson's, all dealership employees and management seems to be knowledgeable about cars and products. The paperwork was easy to understand, sign, the process flowed good. I enjoyed buying Frontenac Honda.
New car Sales agent was friendly and great. The length of time waiting for a finance approver needs to be remedied. That is the second time I had to wait 2 hours after I agreed to financial terms.
Great leasing experience! Wendy James was so helpful and knowledgeable, and it was super quick and easy! She met with me a week ahead of my appointment and couldn’t have been nicer about it.
In and out with no hassle I knew more or less what I wanted, and Wendy was very helpful getting me into a car, giving it a drive, and then getting it out and everything done in a very reasonable time frame. If I had questions or had wanted to try more I could have, but I mostly just wanted to be in and out and that was exactly what I wanted.
The best Honda Dealership! Love this dealership. Craig was wonderful! So knowledgeable, patient, and answered every question I had. He is very personable and made the entire experience very easy!
Great explanation of all the car dials. Wendy was easy to talk with and very helpful. She arranged for a test drive. The atmosphere within the business was positive and very professional from the manager at the front desk to the gentleman who took the car to be fueled.
