I am not sure what the process is, but this is the second time I have had to wait 20 minutes after the work was finished to get my vehicle. Both times I saw when my vehicle was returned to the bay, and then I waited, and waited. Perhaps there are mitigating circumstances. If so it would be nice to get that fixed.

I was returning from a blood test in Richmond Heights when I heard a groaning sound in the front of my HondaCRV every time I was driving level or down a hill. Diverting course, I went down a few exits and rolled into Honda of Frontenac. Note, I did not have an appointment. This was an emergency. I drive in and the Customer Service Representative got in the truck and we did a slow test run around their lot and he noticed the sounds in the front and also how there were no sounds in the back and also the way the SUV maneuvered ... read more

I was scheduled immediately when I called about my battery. They tested it twice and told me it was good and what I'd done that accidentally drained it. All for no charge. I truly appreciate the helpful and kind assistance I received!
