The service and inspection were great, but it took much longer than originally estimated.
Good service, friendly people
My local shop had no time for my mysterious tire pressure loss, so I called Honda of Frontenac and was told that I could come immediately and they'd have a look. They diagnosed my problem, offered me options and advice, and charged me $0 for the appointment. Hard to beat that level of service! FWIW I have always received excellent service and fair prices at this dealership.

Very respectful service personnel. However $205 per hour of labor is very exaggerated. As I told the service member, I didn't have surgery done: they just replaced an air intake tube with a new one. Just replacement. How complicated is that, to require almost one hour of work rated at $205? The part itself was $80, where in the Internet one could find it around $40. The service advisors at Honda of Frontenac were very helpful. But I am very disappointed in the way Honda deals with recalls. It took many weeks to get the needed replacement parts to the dealership. Then after the new part was installed, it did not work correctly. So it took a return visit and hours to get the recall really properly completed.
Frontenac service always seems to be technically competent and well run.
