Great service, speed and extremely helpful with my dead battery!
The service was excellent. They took of me fast and effectively.
The service was professional and the wait time wasn't that long. Through no fault of their own, I couldn't get my vehicle washed... extremely cold temperatures.

Fixed the recall in less time that they estimated.
This would be a five star except for my initial experience. When I received my fuel pump recall notice from Honda, I called to make an appointment and was told someone would call me back. Nearly a month later, I called again and was able to make an appointment. After I'd dropped off my car, I got a call from the service coordinator that the fuel pump was never ordered from the supplier and I'd need to leave my car an extra day. Customer service is very important to me and the professionalism of the staff way excellent
Jerry got us in and out in a timely fashion and was very friendly.
I had an outstanding experience. I was able to make a service appointment quickly over the phone for an overnight dropoff. When I dropped it off in the late afternoon, I was told they might be able to fit me in that day instead. This did happen, and my issue was quickly taken care of. The service advisor gave me useful information and advice, both before and after service.
