John and the staff are first class. They are very responsive and thorough.
Easy process with clear communication with the service.
A good visit, no problems, recall was fixed in a timely manner.
Took 2 hrs but service for oil change and tire rotation was fine.
Quick and easy. Richard (I think) explained everything thoroughly for what was being done that day and needed doing in the near future
work was done as discussed. I have used this company since purchasing Honda's since 1994. It took longer than I was expecting.
