Friendly, knowledgeable, not trying to upsell me
Oil change and tire rotation were done but car was not washed as said. I was told the manager was not in and he had the keys.
Professional. Did work that was needed without any problems.
We could not get together on the brake job for the replacement of the front brakes and the rotors. As a result of the pricing that the technician was required to adhere to, the price of the replacement of the rotors was in addition to the labor for turning the rotors. As a result, I was forced to take my car to another mechanic and saved myself $300.00. I will be back to the dealership for future work. We could not get together on the price so I went elsewhere.
