Kim Frarey is an awesome sales person. She went out of her way to find what we wanted. The purchasing process was easy and quick. Its the Service department that we are having problems with. They have repaired and installed what we needed done but we keep having to wait for the mother board for the remote control that operates the stabilizer, awning, slide out and various other items. Fortunately, these items can be operated by pushing their individual buttons. Otherwise, we have enjoyed our Salem Cruise Lite.
