I would suggest that if you are looking for an RV do it anywhere else but Gillette's they WILL NOT ASSIST YOU AND WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP
This place is a joke. If you are going to buy a camper please shop elsewhere. We have had nothing but issues from the start. We are still currently waiting on a door that have been here months ago.
This place is terrible to do business with! The second you hand them money they do not care about you! They would not even work with the bank to get the title right. I drove four hours to pick up a camper. I got there when they opened that day and did not leave until after they closed. When the guy was going over things In the camper the smoke detector had fallin from the ceiling onto the top of the slideout. When he put it out he pushed it through the wall. This it what happens when you deal with an incompetent and dis-honest RV dealership ! This is the newly applied re-saturation coating from my motorhome roof. It is now coming off in large sheets. I bought the coating from our local RV dealer and specifically asked the service department for detailed application instructions, also asked for the best quality product that they sell. Awful every time, they are close so I’ve tried but miserable people and miserable leadership
BUYER BEWARE. Sold a Brand new camper with a water leak to me. In which im sure they new about and did not relay to me. Did not find out until i was home and getting ready to use it for the first time. I even specifically asked them if this is a brand new camper with no issue or problems before purchasing. I would like to warn you about this Dealership. It has the worse service department in the nation! If you have any problems with your unit, this service department will make thing worse!! The management will not back any service done to your unit. So beware!!! Look at other reviews not on this page!!! If you do plan on working with this dealership GOOD LUCK!!
I see that the hours of the parts section is listed here on Facebook (5:30 pm). Unfortunately, it is not listed on your website, which is where I originally looked (8:00 pm). I arrived at 5:35, assuming I arrived in plenty of time. The salesperson was done and had everything closed down, of course. There was no way she was going to sell me anything after 5:30. I don't blame her. However, this was a complete waste of my gas and time. Update your website please!!
Better service department! They have had our trailer for almost a month...AGAIN!! Frustrating when you cant use your camper during camping season! And this happens every summer!!
