First let me say that if you are buying a RV/TT, then this is a good place to go. Salespeople do not pressure you and buying is a seamless process. That is the only good thing I have to say. It seems they care more about the sales than the service. I wish I would have read the service reviews before I bought. I have a broken part on my 2017 TT. We stumbled upon Gillette's Interstate RV while I was on a business trip in the area and so happened to need to waste some time before my next appointment. My wife and I had been in the pre planning stages of looking for a TT and Interstate had what we were looking for at aggressive pricing.
