Great salesman and service people. Great finance people. Treated way better than we were treated at a big box RV retailer who's name I will not mention. We would do business with Gillette's again.
What started out to be a very bad situation was turned right around and we left with smiles on our faces. We can not say enough good about the service department. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. When we first arrived with a plethora of issues, the service department assured us that they would do all they could to fix and restore our faith in the company. They did just that. Helpful and no pushing us into something we didn't need, actually enjoyed dealing with Alyssa and Cindy to get the trailer purchased and on its way home. When it's time to upgrade, I know who I'm calling ! Service dept did great job installing digital brake controller in truck while I was there to pick up trailer, no other service was needed so I cannot comment on much other than what they did for me.
