BUYERS BEWARE!! We had a 29.7 Freedom Express liberty edition ordered right from the manufacturer and picked it up from Gillette's not even a year ago. At the time we picked up the trailer we did a complete walk through and checked everything for any issues of problems. Since this was in November we really did not have a chance to really enjoy camping in our brand new, never used travel trailer until in the spring of May 2016. In the early part of last year my wife and I decided to purchase a 2013 Heartland Cyclone 4000. Living in California, we shopped around but the prices were far and away too expensive. I began looking on eBay and found the model and color we were looking for for far less than what we would pay out here. I contacted the seller and eventually was called by Josh. Thank YOU Gillettes RV...My 77 year old parents bought a generator from you when they lost power during the ice storm. It ran for 4 hours. When my Pa and my fiancé returned it-your service techs deemed it defective. But they said "There's nobody here to cut you a check." Now 2 plus weeks later you are telling my father that he HAS to keep the generator/it has a 2 year warranty...blah blah blah. You won't refund him his money...which is well over a grand.
