Young Sam was very nice. But the mechanic advisor Tim. Is a real jerk and wanna be tough. They did a complimentary inspect on car: but then Got mad and hung on me like a teenager because I didn’t want them to fix my car. They were charging way too much for a simple replacement: I respectfully told him I don’t normally get work at the dealer. Manager never called me back about it after even saying they would. Would not recommend based off customer service ! People like him do shady things sorry
WARNING! Price gouging at it's finest! They mark up vehicles by an astronomical amount up to $10k + over MSRP and call it "Market Value". Greed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

Great service to get you to buy the car and after you buy it the service is unbelievable horrible. Will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone and will pay the extra to so somewhere else for inspection and emissions.
