Young Sam was very nice. But the mechanic advisor Tim. Is a real jerk and wanna be tough. They did a complimentary inspect on car: but then Got mad and hung on me like a teenager because I didn’t want them to fix my car. They were charging way too much for a simple replacement: I respectfully told him I don’t normally get work at the dealer. Manager never called me back about it after even saying they would. Would not recommend based off customer service ! People like him do shady things sorry
WARNING! Price gouging at it's finest! They mark up vehicles by an astronomical amount up to $10k + over MSRP and call it "Market Value". Greed! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!
