I had a wonderful experience purchasing a car from the dealership. I was not an easy case with specific needs for a car and not a lot of time. Luis was wonderful took note of all my needs and handled my difficult credit situation with grace. He showed me a first car that would be the most economical for me. Cassandra was very professional, concise and quick getting the car purchasing process completed smoothly. She made sure my car was washed, vacuumed and my gas tank was full! Wow! What great service. Beyond that, the service department was able to fit me in for maintenance and inspection as soon as I was finished with Cassie. The service department was amazing. We scheduled our 2020 Soul for service on a recall issue. We were able to get right in and the service department checked the issue. We were in and out in 15 minutes and they even washed our car.
