Bought a brand new 2021 Kia from them when I got home I noticed a scratch that they tried to fix with a touch up pen!!! Called the same day to let them know about it and they said that I did it so we had to get a car starter put in the next week and spoke to their paint guy and he brought me right inside and told them that he couldn’t touch it up that both doors need to be painted but since I filled a complaint with Kia that they are gonna do nothing about it !! Horrible experience today. Called to check on a car. Assured it was there and that MSRP would be honored. Drove 1 hr in pouring rain ready to buy. After test drive given price 4K over MSRP and with no additions to vehicle. Questioned why we were told one thing this am over phone and another once we got there. Staff was rude and not one bit flexible.Makes me want to not buy a KIA ever ! Horrible customer service!

SOLD MY DAUGHTER A LEMON! Transmission started to slip soon after she purchased it. They tried to say it was a engine mount. I told their parts manager the first time I spoke with him what it was, but he vehemently said it was the mount. Long story short they replaced the mount an the tranny still continued to do the same thing. The did eventually buy the car back from her with the deduction of the miles and etc... Bought a mini van at the end of July and two days later I find out from my mechanic it’s throwing almost 12 voltage faults for low voltage because it had the wrong battery in it. Had to replace the battery so I called about a refund, you know because they sold us a car with the wrong battery in it. I must have called 10 times in 3 months and Mike the service manager kept putting me off. I don’t know why it’s so hard to refund $136. We returned a leased vehicle on October 30, 2019. They refused to date the odometer disclosure statement on the 30th and still have not grounded the vehicle to end the lease. Has anyone else experienced this issue???

my brother and his wife have had nothing but trouble with this place. HORRIBLE place to do business. their brand new very expensive car has had nothing but issues. they say they've been "working on it" but we have proof they haven't touched it. they've been lying to him, giving him nothing but the run around, and have offered NO HELP to resolve the situation. I highly recommend NOT DOING BUSINESS AT THIS PLACE. I have no idea how they are still a functional business, it sounds like it's the first day for their whole service ... read more

I spoke with the manger on Friday night and he was the rudest man ever! I don’t know how he is even in the position that he is in! I WOULD NEVER BUY OR LOOK AT A CAR FROM YOUR STORE! Get your employees in line!

internet scam artists. desperate for sales they pulled my name from 2 yrs ago when I browsed online at one of their cars. said they knew someone who needed a car just like mine and got 'approval from manager to give price above normal quote" lol....yeah right Nicole gordon. good thing I wasn't looking to sell, just came to confirm what b's you put out thete. Never test drove my car, never even opened my door to look inside!! lol. FRED BEANS....YEAH
