Worst service department I've ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. Brought my car in for service, when they could not figure out what was wrong with it (keyless start didnt work repeatedly) they told me I was "too impatient"! Sitting stranded now at my work, 3 kids home by themselves trying to figure out how to get my car fixed. Huge thanks to these guys from a single mom!
I bought two cars here and never again. the service and parts department are bad. they have no respect. I called a good mechanic who saved me $6300 and aggravation.
Let me start off by saying Alex was my salesman, who was great. Very polite and did everything he could to make the car buying there pleasurable. The problem here is every sales manager they have working there. Worst dealership. False advertisement of a $500 gift card with every purchase. Management does not care about customers. Sales person Luis is the worst ever. No knowledge of business process. I will update this review once i get my now $250 gits ward by 12/26/17

Had a very good experience today with Jonathan Taylor in the purchase of Brandon Cattalo's Kia Soul. Overall my 3year experience was horrible feel you give no deals pay top dollar for the car. He had a service plan and was in for an oil change but they couldn't fill the windshield washer fluid. When we did the lease I was told to take this 40.00 a month plan it would cover searches and dings well what a rip off didn't cover any scratches. I am a very unhappy customer I have had a antifreeze smell with my car for over a year Everytime I am in they never find a problem but now that it is past warranty they found problem an want me to pay for it all.
