I received excellent service from Andre yesterday.Chose to get new tires from them rather than Costco because they have a sale and gave me a ride home rather than wait around .The reality is that tires are not a priority but as long as I was able to get a ride from a very pleasant young man it worked.

Our Honda Service El Cerrito rep Nelson was courteous and informative as to what was needed for a 15,000 mile check-up. I liked that he explained which services were necessary and those that were recommended in the near future without being push. He also helped us to utilize any discount coupons that were available.
