Service and coffee with a smile. Miss the shuttle though.
good service. time to completion for an oil change a bit long.
Jerick is totally professional and facilitated my car maintenance appointment excellently.
Good service and communication
Five Stars. Five Stars. Highly recommend El Cerrito Honda for service. I am really happy I chose this Honda location to purchase my car and maintain the services. Freddie takes excellent care of my vehicle and communicates any issues/hiccups. I love that Freddie provides choices and timelines for maintenance so i can plan ahead. I am so very happy with services at El Cerrito Honda.
My Service Advisor Andrew Wong is always very clear about what should be done, what has been done and what I should expect in the next visit. I appreciate the new video walkthrough too! It's a nice touch to understand what's happened with my car. As far as I can tell my tech Will Gonzalez did an excellent job. Thank you for also running my car through the car wash as requested!
Great all around...............
Honest and affordable for a dealership. Andrew Gomez is the BEST service advisor I have Ever worked with.
fast, communicative, and looked out for my wallet where possible.
