The service was great but I don't like it when we are advised to do certain services that don't seem like they are really needed yet. It's not the fault of our service advisor. It's just general feedback.
They always treat us well and take care of all our repairs.
Guillermo Rivera was very professional, courteous and efficient. He noted that the car service might be done fairly quickly, but I opted to pick it up after the lunch hour. The car was done so fast that when Guilermo called, I just turned around on my public transit ride home and picked the car up.
