Jeric Vergara was very accomodating, respectful and helpful, I had issue with my AC not working properly. I asked one of the advisor they told me they only service to home up to 3 miles but when Jeric saw me after using restroom he came to me asked where I lived and he gave me 1 way to service to home.
Friendly, prompt, communicative.
Very kind people, honest and upfront. Wasn't sure if you still offered a ride home for people leaving their cars. I'm 8 months pregnant and wasn't offered any way to get home.
Personable and dependable. Thank you!
Excellent service. Thank you Guillermo
Jesus was very courteous, precise, helpful. Overall, an oil change and 90,000 mi service turned into a $3,300 bill. So that was difficult but necessary
