Wow, new ownership makes a big difference! I had truly struggled with the dealership when it was owned by Hendricks. Got nothing but the run-around with prior management. The new (Harvey) ownership management is attentive and responsive (quickly resolving the issue I had with previous management). This was my first service visit and Jeric handled everything quickly and professionally. Right now I can only speak highly about the dealership.
