Had to keep vehicle overnight, but the check engine light problem was solved and service properly completed.

Dennis was very helpful, explained what needed to be done, and the time it would take to complete the work. As I was planning to wait for the car, and last visit had experienced a wait time three hours beyond the promised time, Dennis worked with his manager to be certain I would have the car by that time. To my pleasant surprise, the brake pads and service were completed 2 hours before the projected time! I now look forward to continue having my CRV serviced at El Cerrito Honda!

In October I had tires installed on my 2016 Accord Sport. The mechanic noticed a problem with the suspension. Guillermo the Service Advisor told me they could adjust it and I brought it back the following week. As usual the work they did was awesome, a couple weeks after that I noticed that one side of my car was lower than the other. I called Guillermo, he told me I could bring it in the next morning. The adjustment took less than an hour, my suspension is now awesome. Thanks EC Honda!
