I brought my 2016 Accord Sport in for rear brakes and replacement of one of the front wheel inner tie rods and an oil change. As usual my weight time to talk to the Service Advisor Guillermo was very short. He already had the paper work ready for me all I had to do was sign. My car was ready to go before noon. Guillermo went over the work and answered a question I had about the ABS system and I was on my way. Honda of El Cerrito has always done great work on my car, for a great price.
Service was quick and efficient. People were friendly and knowledgeable.

A very satisfactory servicing visit. The agent who was assigned to me was both friendly and knowledgeable, offering some good suggestions about subsequent repairs and part replacements. I was happy that there was not the usual 'backup' the day I went in, so that I didn't have to wait for half a day to have my car attended to -- as has sometimes been the case in the past...
