Great Service, Honda El Cerrito are very lucky to have Guillermo us Service Adviser, great personality beside that, great acknowledge about vehicles parts and service doesn't over sale he tells us it, now I understand why he's always busy people wait for him. I remember one day I went to different adviser recommend me to get service for part that wasn't need it. We order the parts and once we were ready Guillermo find out was the wrong part that wasn't need it.
Andrew Wong was great to work with.
The service advisor asked what my concerns were and covered the history of my CRV. Once the work completed, Guillermo, went over each item. Finally discussed the technician's check list.
