This was one of my best experiences at El Cerrito Honda. Andy Wong exemplified the kind of quality and professionalism that Honda stands fortechnically sharp, personally kind, and impressively responsive. As my schedule unexpectedly tightened, I asked if he could expedite the service. He didn't hesitate. The result? I missed out on your fancy coffee, but my HR-V now runs like brand new. Thank you, Andy
