Scheduling the appointment at a convenient time was easy and quick with friendly representative on the phone. Service advisor came out and greeted me on the appointment day and he went over the vehicle maintenance history at his workstation. We did a visual inspection of the tires together and Freddie pointed out wear on my tires. Advised me that there may be other work but wouldn't know until the technician could check it out but would call me if any additional work was needed.- which he did later. I don't mind taking my car in for service. Everyone I came into contact with was upbeat and courteous. Andrew was great. He explained what services I was getting and helped me understand the value of regular service.
I Liked the friendly, efficient, knowledgable service provided by Mel and Guillermo. The car was cleaned well. I was concerned that the trunk area seemed damp. I don't want mold to grow there.
