Battery when dead two days after the recall performed. Jump started the car but found all warning lights came on and won't go away. Brought it back to the dealer, they updated the software and problem fixed.

I liked the jobs Rudiel Siguenza did on my 2007 Civic Hybrid. He took care of all the problems that were not handled on the previous visit to EC Honda: emergency brake, sun visor, check engine light, headlight restoration, engine undershield. His diagnostic on the check engine light seems to have uncovered the reason that the previous services only lasted ~50 miles before check engine light: carbon deposits in the intake manifold and EGR valve. Kudos to Rudiel!

Excellent service from Guillermo. Could not better! I assume the actual service work (recall for fuel pump) was done property as there are no issues. The only reason I would not recommend auto service at El Cerrito Honda to friends is the very excessive rates for services that are both inexpensive for parts and quick to install.
